1. When it is said that something is the new black it is used to say that something is the most popular, best trends or fashionable colour or thing of that specific period. The fact that green is now the new black it gives us an image of the environment and that buying this piece of clothing will help the environment. It is the process by which a company gives you, the consumer, the impression that a product or service has had its environmental impact taken into consideration. This attitude towards the environment is always good for business because the consumers will have more confidence in the product.
